Please list the term (or terms) that you need us to report. We cannot complete forms until the first day of any given term because lenders will not accept forms in advance of term start dates. Forms submitted prior to the term start will be shredded. Requests to report all terms—past and current—will be sent to the National Student Clearinghouse for completion and direct submission to the lender; a copy of the completed deferment form will not be available in these instances.

Please retype your UC email if you would like us to send you a completed copy of the deferment form for your records. Note: This option is not available if requesting that all terms be reported.
