Nominator please provide the following: Attach nominee's resume, two letters of recommendation (one must be from nominee's Principal), and an essay to this application form. Use the following points as a guide when writing the essay (not to exceed two single spaced pages). The nominee:

(1) demonstrates exceptional knowledge of subject matter and conveys this knowledge to students using innovative teaching methods that enable all students to learn;

(2) relates to students in a manner that helps them to succeed in and out of the classroom;

(3) actively participants in the school community beyond the expectation of teaching duties;

(4) participates in professional development activities that improve teaching and learning while keeping current with educational trends;

(5) is able to work effectively with administrators, colleagues, and parents;

(6) is actively involved in the community. Nominator must provide their contact info & indicate their relationship to the nominee in the essay nomination. Winners are expected to attend the awards dinner on March 14, 2023 at the Cincinnati Women's Club.
